Personal details will not be passed on to any other third party unless required to do so by law. By requesting an energy assessment of your property, you are consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of producing an Energy Certificate in accordance with the legal obligation to do so under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations. This data may also be processed by Accreditation Schemes, as part of their Energy Assessor surveillance activities. The Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations require a copy of all Energy Certificates to be lodged on the appropriate national Register.
